一、综合科General Affairs
主要职责Main Responsibilities：
统筹部门内部运行，保障部门高效运转，支撑国际化战略决策。
To coordinate internal operations, ensure departmental efficiency, and support the implementation of internationalization strategies.
具体业务Key Services：
1. 部门党务、行政及日常事务管理。
Tomanage departmental party affairs, administrative tasks, and daily operations.
2. 党的建设与党风廉政工作。
To oversee party building and integrity management, including anti-corruption initiatives.
3. 涉外安全保密管理与风险防控。
To implement international-related security protocols, confidentiality management, and risk prevention measures.
4. 对外宣传联络及信息发布。
To handle external publicity, liaison activities, and official information dissemination.
5. 国际合作与交流政策研究与制定。
To conduct research and formulates policies to enhance international cooperation and exchanges.
6. 部门内部协调。
To facilitate inter-departmental coordination.

二、出国出境科（港澳台事务科）
Outbound Business Service (Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan Affairs)
主要职责Main Responsibilities：
服务师生国际交流需求，规范出入境事务管理，深化与港澳台地区教育合作。
To facilitate international exchanges, streamline outbound business procedures, and strengthen educational cooperation with Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan districts.
具体业务Key Services：
1. 教职工因公临时出国（境）手续办理。
To process temporary business formalities for faculty and staff, including visa and document preparation.
2. 校际国际交流合作拓展。
To develop and manages partnerships with overseas universities and research institutions.
3. 大型外事接待工作。
To organize the reception of university-level international delegations and implements standardized reception protocols.
4. 港澳台学生招生管理及相关教育交流项目协调。
To coordinate educational programs with and manages enrollment for students from Hong Kong, Macao, and Taiwan districts.
5. 涉外安全保密工作及突发事件应急处理。
To ensure compliance with security regulations and provides emergency response for international-related incidents.

International Academic Collaboration & Talent Development
主要职责Main Responsibilities：
强化国际化师资建设，推动国际学术合作，提升国际学术影响力，助力国际化人才培养。
To strengthen international faculty recruitment, promotes global academic collaboration, and foster international talent development in order to enhance academic influence.
具体业务Key Services：
1. 外籍专家/教师引进、管理及涉外手续办理。
To recruit and manages international experts/teachers, including visa processing and contractual support.
2. 国际学术会议申报与合规性审查。
To manage the application and compliance review of international academic conferences.
3. 国际中文教育推广。
To promote Chinese language education globally through programs like Confucius Institutes.
4. 学校英文网站维护与国际化形象宣传。
To maintain the university’s English website and enhances international branding through strategic communication.
5. 教师国际科研合作支持与交流项目服务。
To serve faculty participation in international research projects and exchange programs.

International Education Programs
主要职责Main Responsibilities：
拓展国际合作办学，拓展学生国际视野，规范涉外教育项目管理。
To expand international education initiatives, broadens students’ global exposure, and ensures compliance in international program management.
具体业务Key Services：
1. 学生出国留学规划及渠道拓展。
To provide overseas study planning and expands partnerships with international universities or institutions.
2. 国家公派留学（CSC）项目立项与管理。
To administer China Scholarship Council (CSC) programs, from application to post-award support.
3. 中外合作办学项目（机构）全流程管理。
To oversee the entire lifecycle of international education programs, including application, routine management and quality assurance.

International Students and Transnational Education Programs Development
主要职责Main Responsibilities：
推动教育国际化，促进中外人文交流，打造中文教育国际品牌。
To advance educational internationalization, fosters cultural exchanges, and establish a global brand for Chinese education.
具体业务Key Services：
1. 来华留学生招生、录取及奖学金管理。
To enroll, admit, and manage international students, including scholarship allocation.
2. 孔子学院等国际中文教育项目运营与拓展。
To operate and expand international Chinese education initiatives, such as Confucius Institutes.
3. 境外办学项目拓展与管理。
To develop and manage transnational education programs.
4.留学生涉外服务及跨文化沟通培训。
To provide tailored services and cross-cultural training to enhance international students’ experiences.
